A point-and-click ranged stun on a champion who synergizes extremely well with AP MS items is not okay.
Trying to play a skill shot reliant champion against him is like bashing your head against a wall once he starts moving at a permanent 460 MS, unless the player's reaction speed is handicapped.

You can easily push the wave in and stop him from roaming and it's pretty obvious and telegraphed when his jungler is gonna gank.
If you hit him with a Q-W he will get chunked pretty damn hard and further stop his aggression.

His late game burst will 100 to 0 any carry with a similar build and his team fight is absurd, given his ability to teleport onto the enemy carry once CC is used, while still contributing before then.
