If you go back through my match history, you can see that the system puts me on Blue (top side) 13 times out of my last 15 games.
This has been going on for a few weeks now. What is it exactly that decides which side you start on? MMR? Pure dumb luck?
(PS: Fix the per side offset for ARAM, please. I don't like being forced to have the camera unlocked 100% of the time just to see the enemy team.)

ALSO. The team with the higher MMR has a higher chance of receiving top.

Whoops. I just went off the color of match history.
Interesting that it always places me on the team with a higher MMR though. I just feel like I'm perpetually cursed with starting top. Not that it matters in the end most of the time since I main mid.
