Nocturne uses ult whenever its up?

I had a nocturne and he used his ult almost whenever he got it. He answered that its for vision reasons. Is it a good idea to do this? Btw im in bronze so i dont think you can really "scare" them.

I would never do that as Nocturne, but it would not be the worst thing ever, though he should have (assuming he didn't) used it when the other team was pushed out in 2-3 lanes or invading jungle (assuming this stuff happened multiple times in your game)

It was never actually at a good time. Hes jsut passing through the jungle, half their team is mia and he ults.

Don't copy your fellow bronzies. That is the only requirement for getting out of bronze.

The dash on Nocturne's ult is too valuable to waste like that. Don't do this.

you can do it if the circumstances allow it. Say one of your lane is about to die then you can use your ult to scare them off. Otherwise it's just a waste.

If he had vision of them and you KNEW what the enemy was doing, using a Nocturne ultimate without the dash can change a fight, but without vision thats just worthless.

I'm no Nocturne player, but I would assume that if vision denial is good at a particular time then it would be worth it to use his ult just for vision denial.

Problem is, bronze players don't understand the concept of warding or vision, and therefore it's always bad against them to use it just for vision denial.

Against better players then yes, it would be good, but against lower level players it probably isn't good.

At the very least, it would offer some pretty interesting mindgames based around conditioning your opponents to not back up when Nocturne uses Paranoia, then ulting to them, but bronze players won't do that either.
