She does less damage than most burst mages, she just has a higher number on her only damaging ability so it looks scarier.

And her E is just like any other skillshot. Just dodge it. If you get hit by Lux's Q, for example, you deserve to die too.

its range through walls is ridiculous at least lux u can see the stun coming to dodge it

7.24:

Her E only recieves reduced cooldowns vs Champions. That's a nerf.

Atm, it reduces cooldown on ANY enemy hit.

The skill on Live still tooltips and activates on all "Enemies" not "Champions"

So, if you pay attention to literally any other hotfix ever... the tooltips don't update until the actual patch comes out.

Let me repeat myself. It still in practice affects Minions, Large Monsters, Epic Monsters, etc. Try it in Training mode. the base on 40% is 8.4 seconds.

When you cast it and hit ANYTHING, the CD drops from a brief 9 seconds to 6 seconds.

Wide hitbox isn't necesarily good. Makes it hard to land past minions. That extra range over walls though... can you imagine Twitch/Zoe botlane? You would have to be so careful not to overstay after a kill, or else an orb comes flying over the wall and Twitch pops out of stealth and deletes the other laner while you're asleep, followed by you now that you're alone in lane.

i played her last game as a supp lol i got first blood vs leona and vayne just spamming e over walls even when they are behind minions i snipe them hard

she deals true damage when she hits you when asleep like i take 50% hp from full tank

i tried a tanky zoe it still hurt squishies from her base damage alone

a tanky zoe with cdr make sure that they cant kill u cuz she spam her E on them every few seconds and deals true dmg

zoe is not a good champion atm. stop it. lux or xerath does what she does but much better.
