@Riot can you look into buffing Brand's AP Ratios

Revert the buff you did on his passive and increase the AP Ratios on Q, W, and R please. This champ is probably one of the worst champions in the game currently.

Lol? I can carry as brand supp. That being said I’ll take buffs as it’s just make life easier.

I don't care if you can carry as Brand support. He's the worst mid laner and 2nd worst support.
