Draven should get a buff to his passive when you kill an enemy with his ult

This would make more sense thematically, what's more exciting, seeing a man kill while juggling his axes or when he throws his axe 200m away and kills somebody?

I say that if he earns a kill with his ult when the enemy is 1000 or more units away he gain 2x the gold he would normally get with a kill or maybe 1.5x the gold.

So if he had 100 adoration stacks instead of 200 gold he would get 300.

Fair?
