"Bring Back Solo Queue"

I've made a few posts recently (comments on other people's topics) about how I want it to be solo-only queue and for them to send duos into flex queue, and why I think it would be better (in spite of the reasons Riot's has given for the decision to go back to solo/duo). Only ever made a few comments prior to this about how I wanted solo-queue. Stopped playing ranked entirely about 4 months ago due to not enjoying it, and I believe I'd not played for most of the early season so, I gave it a shot during a 1-3 month period I'd guess (have to look it up to be sure) before calling it quits, only coming back for first win of the day IP in bot games.

Perhaps the players who were spamming posts about it have long since left (which is why the posts asking for it died down so much for months), and they haven't heard the news of solo-queue's return, and hence aren't around to celebrate. It might be a while before everyone gets the news, and if they decide to return, we may or may not see posts praising the decision to make the game good again (my opinion). There has been a few posts about this since the announcement but they haven't gotten much attention.

Im not going to praise riot for taking away solo queue, forcing dynamic queue down everyones throat, refuing to admit for months that dynamic queue was god awful, refusIng to listen to the community about how bad dynamic queue is, giving us all false hope about solo/duo queue returning, making a video about how they think dynamic queue is better while also admtting that its bad...and telling the community our opinion doesnt matter, and then once they cant possibly keep this charade going any longer....bringing back solo/duo queue in the end LOL Pardon me for not running to riot with a big hug. However, i will admit they have made some great strides in the last week to restore the communitys trust in them. Ive barely played 50 ranked games this year. I gave dynamic queue a try and hated it. You cant group solo players and premades in the same queue, its just an inherently broken system that doesnt work and never will. Along with all the other reasons dynamic queue is bad, have my own theory as to why its bad. Ranked is meant to be taken 100% serious, but when you let 3-5 man premades play in ranked they dont take it seriously, they dick around a lot of the time. They do things they wouldnt normally do if they werent playing together. Think about it.....when a guy is alone he acts like a mature adult and acts like a nornal person.....now get 4-5 guys together and they become idiots fartIng on each other, punching each other in the balls, and pantsing each other. The same premise exists in ranked premades for league. A person playing by themselves will usually be a good teammate and do his part to help win, but 4 guys playing together are 100x's more likely to dick around and not take it seriously. I witnessed it all too much in ranked this year. Its bad.

I've seen a ton of posts about it. You also don't seem to realize that people mostly post to COMPLAIN. The lack of people posting about solo queue is likely a good sign. ALSO a lot of us are waiting til it happens to give thanks... Riot has lied before.

There have been tons of posts the days after it was announced.

thanks riot for executing damage control and pulling the plug on an irredeemable ranked system, and listening to the community after ignoring and lying to us for the entire season.

im not sure why people are expecting gratitude for riot fucking up the competitive integrity of an entire ranked season, and then going back to a system which was obviously working out better.

i mean if your boss took a shit on the desk youre working on, and then cleaned it up after 5 month of filing complaints, would you be greatful or would you be mad at him for shitting on your desk in the first place?
