The "none" ban should always be visible

When you have no idea who to ban,or no time, like 2 seconds left,we aren't all fast enough to search for none and ban it...even if we were,it should always be visible,even after searches,like the random pick (but always there) so that we aren't kicked for not banning. Also why are there ~~ actually 10 bans~~ sequential bans in LCS play but not ranked?

Imagine you would have to wait for 10 players to ban a champ, taking 30 seconds each = 5 minutes Add the pickphase to it, 30 seconds each = 5 minutes 10 minutes of waiting, just to have someone dodging in the very last second cause he doesnt agree with some picks of his team and then have to wait another 10-15 minutes?
