Bramble vest should lose grievious wounds until it's upgraded into thornmail.

Maybe lower the cost of the component to 900 so it's still a relevant buy, and let it keep the magic damage reflect upon being hit by a basic attack, but the grievious wounds should only be dealt from thornmail. The problem with this component it makes majority of fighters that rely on healing almost irrlevant for a mere 1000 gold, which is pretty bullshit. Atleast make them buy a full 2900 gold item if they want to hard counter my champion. You could say the same about executioners calling, but the thing about executioners calling it does not really build into anything for tanks/ bruisers, none of them usually want mortal reminder in their lategame build, except maybe Riven, so I am fine with it. Morellonomicon also gets the grievious wounds, but only in the completed item, so again its fine. Bramble vest in it's current state is just absurdly overpowered, and makes bruisers even more irrelevant as a class.
