Is Everyone Happy With Where Twitch Is At? (Riot Opinion Maybe?)
Just curious how everyone thinks the rat is.

I love twitch how he is, he can carry games if fed, like an adc should be able too, but can still pick off an enemy if behind.

Yeah, my concern however is that his dueling is exceptionally poor unless he builds Bork+Ghost, his laning is some of the worst of any ADC (Worse than Vayne's infamous early game >_>) and he takes a long time to ramp up.
I then look at other late game carry ADCs, and I wonder why to pick Twitch, except for how much I love him. They can carry equally hard but have an easier time laning, ramp faster AND AREN'T IMMOBILE.
Actually in my experience when you have a competent support you can do very good early.

Well yeah. I feel that if both sides are equally skilled, however, he tends to be bullied all the same.
That's fine, he scales to late game pretty hard, just not sure if it's worth it, as I'm too inexperienced to judge. So I'm trying to get others' opinions.
fine but outclassed. He doesn't need any big buffs.

Wouldn't that fact be indicative of a problem? If he's not underpowered, and he's still outclassed as an end game hyper carry, it seems logical to me that it then means a certain hypercarry is overpowered, rendering him redundant . Who's doing that?
Even still I'm not fully sold on him being balanced but just being outclassed. That would imply he's worth using over early game ADCs such as Graves. I don't know that he currently is.

He has insane hyper carry potential. But Vayne and Jinx outclass him. Twitch does however have an AOE ult which Vayne doesn't have. So there is reason to pick him.
Twitch is one of those ADCs with a poor early game but transitions extremely well into the lategame. His kit lends itself well to AOE teamfight comps because of how powerful his ult is (AOE crit and on-hit effects to everyone within 900 range), as well as an AOE slow. He also has extremely good catch potential and can use his Q to make unseen rotations and flanks. Because of this, he can set himself apart from other hypercarries who have range issues, or require significant protection from burst.
His biggest weakness is that unlike many other ADCs, he is extremely ult reliant. His highest damage potential comes from when he uses his Q in combination with his ult. Once his ult and Q expires, his damage output decreases dramatically. He must wait for his Q to come off of cooldown again to reposition and create a pick. As a result, of this ability reliant playstyle, Twitch should look to use his stealth as a way of catching people out of position and bursting them down quickly.

That being the case, how would he win trades in lane to set up all-in potential? As you said, his damage is ass without Q+R steroids, and his E needs at least 3 stacks to be worth popping. W>E costs a tun of mana, and he gets bullied and out-traded pretty easily I've found.
What you've said makes sense, so I thought I'd get your opinion on that.
He shouldn't win trades in lane. He needs to be babysitted throughout the laning phase in order to farm up a two to three item breaking point. Any favorable trades or kills he gets in lane will be because of the support setting them up.

lol @ underpowered votes
for the love of christ do not buff him
My major issue with Twitch has always been that they took away some of his major play options in his rework, namely his abilities interacting based on his poison stacks. That nuance was lost in lieu of making more of the run of the mill damage dealing carry. However, he doesn't have the tools other carries do to really fill the role properly. That can be what sets him apart but more often than not works against him.
He's okay right now, on the weaker side but okay. I just wish more was done to bring back the assassin side of his kit that used to set him apart. I would love to see his toxin become an integral part of his kit again, rather than him just being a glorified turret when his ultimate is up and just meh when it's not.
