Why they removed ryze's runes fron his body on pbe?

They don't translate well in terms of visual fidelity when you zoom out.

While I'd argue they went overboard with removing his tattoos (I think they should have just toned them down), the fact of the matter is, as with other MTU's (I hope that's the right term), too many tiny details being shoved into a single space simply does not translate well when you zoom out.

I think it would be cool if the tattoos all glowed brightly when the ulti is active. That way its more obvious "oh he is running slightly faster"

They didn't remove them.. they are just toned down because they made his body shade a similar color to the tattoos. You can still see that they are there.
