champion gg doesn't have the data for 6.24 yet i.e. it's his pre-nerf stats

Or they could do something, it's too early to tell yet.

He has always been good in solo que since he can destroy teams with good ults and positioning but the thing his mini rework gave was waveclear which they are nerfing therefore possibly bringing him back into line.

The nerfs should drop is winrate, halving his early game passive damage and have less mana is quite big but its also counteracted by the fervor buffs. What they need to do his buff the lane bullys back up because they are all in the dumpster right now.
