So it seems...

So it seems that Sejuani is quickly becoming a really strong jungler, as she has currently the highest or top 5 highest winrates (Lolking and loldb.gameguyz.com) and is slowly rising in popularity. I'm wondering what the over/under is for weeks til she becomes flavor and the community starts getting pissed about her

until they actually gut lee sin it will always be Lee Sin + 4 random junglers being at the top while the 4 random junglers get gutted and 4 take their place.

Within a month, easily, the new jungle tank item is going to really boost her early clears and safety to level 6, currently by far where and when she's weakest, she has % max hp dmg on a low CD with W, nearly perma slow with E+CDR, and one of the strongest, and easy to use, ultimates in the game.

Her and "maybe" amumu are the only two tank junglers I see actually seeing any real competitive play after all of these changes (unless Riot really over-buffs what they've announced to try and force a new jungle meta, but assuming that the new things are added in a balanced way)

It's just funny how the second people complain about a jungler, they get nerfed... Jarvan will quickly fall into under 50% winrate because of the buffs of all of his peers and no compensation for him.

A rise to popularity comes from constant PBE changes. If a champion is ignored long enough IE Sejuani, they will soon be recognized.
