Are we going to tone down Kassadin at all or leave him to stomp mid lane?

Any half way decent Kassadin just wins the lane unless they get camped by the jungler for the first 10 minutes.

He does way too much poke damage with his Q for an ability that can't be missed.

Mid game he just Rs in, bursts you for 75% of your health with REWQ combo, then kites you for 2 seconds before he can R back and W you again.

AND ABOUT HIS W, why does it give so much passive damage? I understand the active, but do you know how easy it is for Kass to farm under tower? He doesn't even need to poke the minions, he just hits them after tower hits them.
