About the heimer nerf

Why nerf him?

To deal damage he actually needs to land two of his basic abilities W and E which can be easily missed if you are not used to playing against him.

With this nerf he will get ganked even more, and people already know how to counter him, which is to kill his turrets first.

Need I remind you that there are ults like Veigar, Syndra or even Zoe Q (which is fair enough I suppose since it's a skillshot) that deal beyond more damage than Heimer does.

Not a lot people play him because there are better "picks" that are considered more "reliable". I get that Riot is trying to push Heimer players to use his ult for his E or W but Q was always the safest choice due to the fact that E and W can be dodged.
