She's not primarily a top laner...

Her main role (jg) is sitting at a perfectly balanced 52% but imo could use a little buff but I'm a bit biased

Her play rate is at 2% in the jungle. Nobody plays her anywhere anymore because she stinks.

Yeah, but I still think the main problem is that her damage items kind of suck again. Bloodrazor is like...cool with her Q but it's still just not doing enough for her, and now that she doesn't work very well with the item giving Phantom Hit (though you can probably still build it) she's left with...bork, I guess, which is also not sitting in a great place, its main appeal being that sick active.

She's played about 87% in the jungle and 12% top lane

And she really isn't that bad considering her 52% winrate in the jungle.

Where are you getting your "facts" other than from your personal opinion?

Edit: Ah, so you were saying her play rate in the jungle compared to other junglers, not just Shyvana. Well...it is actually closer to 3% which is not atrociously bad considering how she's the 10th most picked jungler out of 46

giive her W more movement speed thank you. his problem always been that shes easily kited. its easier to kite her than darius because at least in a 1v1 darius has a slow and a pull. or voli has a slow and a knockback. give her a tiny bit of cc. tiny bit. or more ms
