What Mordekaiser could've been if he was released in 2015

It's only natural that our beloved immobile No-CC melee mage deserves at least something like this. Now if that feels too op, remember that he is:

  1. melee
  2. immobile
  3. Riot has already taken measures against his damage
  4. poor guy was outmeta'd for several years

First part of passive: passive unchanged Second part: if Mordekaiser has full shield up, he becomes immune to knock-ups and backs. That buff persists for 2 seconds if the shield isn't full anymore.

Q - unchanged, but now has a change to execute a minion or jungle monster (only the target he strikes directly) (not Dragon or Baron) if it has less hp (flat, not %) than Mordekaiser (What's about RNG and why? Because you can't be too reliant on it, it just becomes a nice addition for jungle morde)

W - DoT damage removed, bonus magic resist removed, now acts like a thornmail with 5/10/15/20/25% basic attack damage return, DOES NOT STACK WITH THORNMAIL, although target having thornmail gives Grievous Wounds debuff on any thornmail activation. Half of hp cost is regained if cast on ally. ** E - unchanged but half of hp cost is regained if it damages enemy champion.**

**R - range reduced, duration slightly reduced, healing removed, now it's only DoT, but total damage unchanged. Now snares for 1 second and slows for whole duration but only if Mordekaiser stays within 500 range to target. Any healing target receives, instead transfers to Morde (doesn't work on lifesteal/spellvamp). If target dies under the effect of this debuff, an uncontrollable ghost is created which also has target's base movement speed, the ghost starts chasing after the closest enemy champion and if it catches anyone it will die and pass the ult debuff to whoever it caught, then the ult debuff starts anew. If Mordekaiser clicks R while ghost is alive, he will switch places with his ult's ghost (only once per one ultimate cast) **

You forgot to add that he'd be able to switch places with his ult's ghost.

When I think league, I think of these guys being called "healthy" and I rofl. Leblanc Zed

Switching places on a bursty champion is retardedly broken, why didn't Riot learn from what they did with Urgot and dota's Vengeful Spirit ?

Zed is called a healthy assassin because he is. he goes in to kill one person. No resets, no stealth, his AOE is conditional and the only way he's getting multi kills is with REALLY good mechanics or the right situation. he's not like akali, katarina, or kha'zix.

Needs more passives.

Actually, this wouldn't be too bad in the current meta. Not necessarily the Morde I know and love, but nothing here is especially OP compared to somre recent champs on release except for maybe his ult. And even there, its just like the Darius resets.

Mord with the steraks gage is to strong the shields on shields make it impossible for most top laners to even get mord to half health. i think he needs another rework or at least put a max on the amount of shields he can receive or something. you may as well give him an infinite kayle ult lol

never seen it but lol? 1800 damage is quite high...he's probably the ONLY champion who can use it efficiently, cept maybe tahm kench

That Q would be OP as hell, considering that Mordekaiser has another health scalar making buying health worth it. So starting with a Ruby Crystal and having HP runes would make laning or jungling really fast.
