The Worst Part of Role Ranked

I just played a ranked game and I was assigned jungle. Our top laner was autofilled, so like a good teammate, I traded with him so he could play a role he was better at. We won, and at the end of the game, I found that I got absolutely nothing towards my main role, and instead I was given a completed first provisional match for top lane.

This right here is the worst part of the role ranked system, as it punishes us for helping our teammates in champion select. I made an overall net 0 progress, which means that that entire game was just a wasted 30 minutes. It said that frequent role swapping will cause them to disable role ranked, and now i'm considering doing just that to intentionally get rid of it for me.
