going up in ranks made me forget about how toxic the terrible players are

then i made a new account thinking it will be fun to "stomp noobs" with a new account knowing that basically everyone is a smurf and... Out of 20 games i met one person who acutally was learning the game and he was on the enemy team and i felt terrible. So bad that i let him kill me so he could get gold and learn how to buy an item. Meanwhile my team flames me for intentional feeding and one guy afked. I was like 13/2 at the time. Every single game that i have played on my new account has been completely and entirely toxic from almost every player. How the hell is that new player going to enjoy the game. I mean i can go back to my platnum account and play with people who actually have skill (because a challenge is much more fun) but this new player is just getting killed over and over and over every game because he doesnt know that garen silences you with his q or assassins instakill him. He is learning. 1 out of 10 new player experience riot.

Yeah Smurfing is no good. But I hear the system detects and adjusts smurfs. Maybe it's toxic because you are in the smurf queue? I don't know. I don't know how a new player could get put in that either. I don't know. I mean if you're trying to "stomp noobs" then maybe you deserve to be in a toxic queue? :D

well im just trying to level a new account to 30. I really think that i shouldnt even have to do this though. Im platnum and most of the people who im playing with are probably silver at most and its not fun or fair. I want a chellenge and i know i cant play ranked until 30 but I think that maybe most of the problem is how long it takes to actually hit 30.

I don't understand why you need a second account.

Sometimes people get frustrated with their current situation and rank, and they want to try to make a second account to maybe lift the weights of mmr and reset, starting at 0, to see what they can do.

I imagine they'll be at the same place minus all their runes and stuff. I mean we're not talking about people with 30 minute queue times are we?

No I'm Plat 2 on my main account. I have noticed that when I play durring the hours high school kids are not on I win more games so I only play ranked durring certain hours but I still want to play without losing games and rank

Well I mean, what's your suggestion for fixing it? Everyone already knows it's a problem. What do you think can be done? It's kinda difficult to stop people from making new accounts, and when people intentionally ruin their stats to continue playing against bad players, it's hard to balance matchmaking for skill at that level.

Yes, it is bad. I hate smurfing unless i'm trying a new champ for the first time or a new lane and even then it's still not entirely acceptable.

I understand the pain bro, one of my friends started playing last week, he played with me and my group for 3 days and then he left, "felt like he was causing us to lose", so he started playing solo, as he has experience in playing higher level players, he dominates lanes, 15/1/0 last night, but he hasn't won a single game out of 20. His team feeds and them AFK, or they say things that would let a sailor blush. It feels to me that LoL won't get new players this way unless 1. you know a players, or 2. If they have a huge amount of patience.

Wow that's sad send me their username I'll add them and play with that guy.

I rarely play on my smurf anymore but I love adding random noobs so they don't get flamed by randoms when they play in my premade
