I remember those days, when bot lane turret wasn't made of wet toilet paper and didn't give a kill's worth of gold. When games weren't decided by which bot lane won or which team had the jungler that pulls off more good ganks. Now I see the winning bot win the game 80% of the time.

An adc is not supposed to 1v1 a mage, bruiser, assassin, or even a tank. They have to rely on their support to 2v1 them.

what are you talking about?
Early game sure, basically everyone you listed will poop on almost any adc with a few situational exceptions.
But come mid/late game when adc's start to get big, they can destroy any of the classes you are talking about assuming they aren't super far behind and skill level is =/= equal.
Vayne is notorious for absolutely shredding tanks, late game you may as well just not have armor vs her.
Ever seen a lvl 18 full build Draven crit someone? Where did their health bar go?
