How to Cooperate and Work With initiators from a Lissandra main.

I find that most of my teams dont know how to work with initiators on their team. Most of the time, ill initiate a fight (and tell them im doing so) then my allies will fail to follow up and ill end up being killed and reported by my team, like, "REPORT LISS INTENTIONAL FEEDING." So heres some advice on working with intiators.

Lets start with the basics: what is an initiator?

An initiator is someone who starts the fight via some form of AoE crowd control effects (example: malphite) and then has their allies follow it up. Its someone who is the first to do anything and usually is a key to success if used right.

The best way to succeed with one on your team is communication. Once they go in you have to be prepared to fight. Talking and even pinging is good. Its important to know when theyre going in and how.

In addition, never start a large fight without them, they are important and will often determine how a fight goes.
