Champ Rework peoples' expertise is obviously not in doing Champion Reworks... I don't know what else, but perhaps look into shuffling them around & slotting some other people in their place?

Time to give others a shot, Champion Rework players almost entirely need to be doing something else internally.

Not only this, many of your Champion Gameplay people need to be repurposed too.

So many overloaded kits & the like.

Same with the Balance Team... Lee Buffs, really?

So you don't like the changes that are going on the PBE so much that you're calling for people to lose their jobs? Yes based on what you said they would still have a job, but not likely the job they were hired for.

These changes just got put onto the testing environment, calm down a bit will you?

I think they need to look to other games (not just MOBAs) for thoughts on how to balance things and how to interact with their player base. League is a monster of a game and I just feel like Riot isn't up to the task of dealing with what they have created. They have a broken punishment system and their balance changes never work.

My opinion is merely that they are not good at their job; of course my opinion can't force them to lose their job, that's common knowledge.
