we need to make the jungle even harder, purple upgrade is useless
the jungle is still weak enough for KARTHUS to do a full clear without trying to kite. purple upgrade is useless, after first back you can buy potions and stay relatively high in the jungle. blue upgrade is just much better.
make the jungle minions even harder, maybe purple upgrade might be useful then.
