New Teemo sucks
The slow on his Stealth is just bad. Feels bad. You cant do what you want to do with it.
The lower damage on his R I get but also feels bad. The bonus damage on his Passive does not make up for it.
Teemo's was a Gorilla Fighter. He would lay traps and poke and run.
The new kit ruins all that. He only can do real damage if he stands and fights and he does not have the Burst or survivability for that.
If He does then he is fed and anyone would get the kills.
If he is even with his target he loses more often then not.
If he is behind he is useless even his Shrooms are useless
