Hecarim Passive

I've seem issues with Hecarim lately, and part of it is indeed that his passive is bland and-outside of home guard shenanigans-not useful. I've got a simple suggestion in the form of a buff (and if it sends him over the top he can be nerfed in other places).

Warpath: Hecarim additionally gains Bonus Move Speed based on his Bonus Attack Damage. Kind of like Vladmir is the AP/HP guy, Hecarim could be the Movespeed-AD centaur. I'd recommend against letting them feed into each other like Vlad's does, but I think this would be a good idea overall, once balanced.

Not a particularly bad idea, but remember: As time goes on and metas shift, it is the simple passives people come to fear, as an innocent new item may be ridiculous on them. Hecarim is no exception. While the scaling is low, he has had his fun with homeguard-tp, Righteous Glory, specific engage comps that just go too ham and Triforce at one time being a little much, as well as him being one of the few who could utilize Zephyr outside of replacing boots with it at full build. He has had his reigns and his falls, but take comfort in knowing he is not bad right now, and will likely spike again when itemization shifts. The multiplicative/additive e scaling nerf has been reverted in 6.5, so who knows what might happen? I'm personally expecting Triforce, Deadman's, Righteous Glory to make a solid comeback on him. I've seen the damage he can do with those things and some boots of swiftness already. He's plenty fast, with fine damage. A buff would just mean he'd need nerfs sooner.
