Not very unique if both work

So apparently item 3003 item 3004 share the same unique passive called "awe", which is the passive on the item which provides AP/AD respectively based on maximum mana. But apparently they aren't actually unique, as both apply if you purchase both items.

There's a second part of the passive in which 25%/15% of mana gets refunded after casting, which might be unique, however if that's the case then it shouldn't be tacked onto two passives which aren't mutually exclusive like the AP and AD. Given that the "awe" passive is also on the tear, I'm assuming that this is why, but it breaks naming convention. Fix.
