What is Mundo's place in the game right now?

I like playing the slobber-mouthed Doctor once in awhile, but right now I don't know any place he can work. He's too weak and trades too poorly for a solo lane, not enough utility to be an effective support, and he shreds his own HP trying to farm jungle.

Dunno, not sure if I can even use him anywhere except to maybe passively Cleaver-farm top lane and hope nobody all-ins.
