Kindred as the lowest base attack damage in the game, Sheen (and Trinity Force) scales based off your base attack damage. So Sheen items and other items that scale off base attack damage are the most inefficient items you can possibly build on her; so do not build base attack damage items on her!

Stacona1 votesYou would get Essence Reaver, Shiv, and stuff like that for MF- Trinity Force is not good on MF either; but people do not look at base attack damage when building base attack damage items is the problem
Marthian1 votesAs mentioned, Kindred does not have the lowest base AD, Miss Fortune does.
What hasn't been mentioned is her reliability on triggering Sheen. Under Wolf/W, her Q has a very short CD which allows her to proc sheen multiple times (vs say Cho'gath, a high base AD champion, who spamming his abilities for burst would only proc it once, twice if lucky spreading CC.)
