Kassadin after the mage update?

This isn't gonna be some thread about "Oh Kass is so weak! Please buff!" I was just kinda curious what's going to happen to Kassadin after the mage rework, and I was wondering if he's gonna be touched in it? Honestly, I think Kass is extensively strong but high in the skill level, the only real thing I can call weak about him would be..honestly, his passive. It's not worthless, that'd be a lie but if I had a choice..I'd make it instead of the flat "15% reduce magic damage", I'd have it give gradually scaling MR to maybe make him stronger in the late game.

I'd like to hear anyones thoughts and how he might, or should, be changed in the upcoming mage rework.

He's an assassin, not a mage. Get your own update! D:

He's officially classified as a secondary Mage though?

He isn't a mage he is a assassin and anti mage and he feels balanced right now since his latest buffs he doesn't need anything else

He's counted as a mage though, albeit secondary.

He's counted as a mage though, albeit secondary.

Riot doesn't determine champion classes off their secondary.

If you say so, but I'd still like to see some love for him and hopefully the new updates make him viable again due to the Mages becoming strong

While he is an Assassin/Mage, Riot considers him an assassin first.

And believe me when I saw he can counter more than just mages. I destroyed a Yas as Kass by tp dodging from his tornado and just slamming him with damage from my other abilities.

But he is actually great where he is.
