The Culling (R) Shot damage lowered to 15/30/45 from 20/35/50 Each shot can now crit for 150% damage.

This doesn't really fix anything if the current build isn't being addressed specifically on him. It doesn't even act as incentive like I know you think it will. All it does is make Lucian a problem when crit builds take over again.

There needs to be a lot more that goes along with this as far as drops in power.

That's intended to make crit Lucian more desirable.

All it does is make him stronger overall. Even with the Korean build if games last long enough for additional items.

You don't notice that its 'nerf' not just nerf? Its targeted at weakening the Korean build while providing more for traditional/ER builds. However, it just buffs him overall, really.

I'm pretty sure the ArPen build still gets more damage out of the ult unless you have fairly high crit chance and Infinity Edge already, considering the Ghostblade+Cleaver combo essentially ignores 30 percent armor followed by 20 flat armor due to Lucian stacking Cleaver so easily.

Q->AA->E->AA is already five Cleaver stacks in a very short window, and The Culling alone fully stacks it within roughly 0.9 / 0.75 / 0.6 seconds of fire.

Plus, there's the fact that Ghostblade+Cleaver gives 50 more AD than ER/IE+Zeal item. That 50 AD is 10 extra damage per shot guaranteed.

On top of all THAT, Ghostblade is better for taking turrets due to flat armor pen and active AS, and said active plus Cleaver's Rage makes him even more mobile.

It also gives the same CDR as ER + Zeal upgrade.

I don't see this change dissuading Korean Lucian much, if at all.
