Darius, Garen, Olaf, and many more got hit WAY too hard for this change, Randuins was keeping them in the game now it isn't at all.
This item was a godsend to help bruisers without 10 gap closers out the ass in order to keep up with ADC's. We need this back, I want to be able to play Olaf and not be boned after missing 1 axe vs a ranged AD.

this items helps me a lot more to catch up to opponents, especially being Sion. Not recommended for Garen doe, he has his Q.

junglerboy161 votesAgreed. They nerfed it when it was still league of tanks and the triumvirate of Mundo/Shyvana/Renekton was utterly dominating the game. Now that they have also since then BUFFED ADC items, they ought to compensate and return the move speed slow. Maybe a weaker amount, but it should still be there.
