@Meddler Any changes planned for Vlad?
According to championgg, vlad got some of the worst (Or the worst) winrate in top and middle lane, are there any POSITIVE changes coming for him? i feel like i cant do anything when i use vlad except afk farm

Considering he's back to old Vlad, but with an extra item slot, essentially, he's pretty strong atm.
Much more staying power than old Vlad, higher damage early. Focus on AP. We're talking Rylai's+Deathcap after you get your CDR if SV or Zhonya's being completed isn't 100% necessary.
He's a hypercarry again. I don't think its all that bad that he has to AFK farm for a while.
Didn't champion gg just get updated? Doesn't that make this post useless
He's always gonna be a problem if they don't make some bigger rework on him. I play him a lot and the latest changes were good, but he's still toxic to play against with those heals and people will always complain or ban him until he's changed.
