dont forget the (spammable) q animation takes longer than making a cup of tea. and if he somehow lands his slow then all you gotta do is just stand in your minions then theres his aoe thing around him that only affects melees, if hes able to get close to a ranged then they have to learn hopw to right click away from him Lissandra anditem 3102 thenitem 3026 hisitem 3157 ultBard

Sounds like karthus to me except add that he will die on purpose spamming everything and doing a crap ton of dmg.

Karthus is actually in need of some sort of buff. His Q is hard to land if the target is moving at all, his slow is kind of useless, and his E just drains his mana when on. His ult is good though.
