I realized most LCS top tier picks are strong due to recent release/buff/items
When looking at some statistics, most of the power picks are strong due to one of the following:
- New champions/reworks released in S5 and S6
- Only strong due to a S6 item
- Significantly buffed in S6
Lets look at some examples:

Only 3 out of the 10 most banned power picks are from season 14 without abusing a S6 item or buff, does this seem a bit suspicious to you? Since season 14 was the seasons where majority of the champions were created.
