QOL changes to Malz E and R, E instantly does first tick of damage on cast, and R has no cast time

Raivica1 votesHow long is the cast time on his ult? Because for it being a suppress, I think it's kind of fair for there to be SOME kind of counterplay towards it, other than "get a banshee's" when it won't block a specific spell.
