win rate has been dropping drastically over the past month and how It looks like soon it's gonna be just like pre re-work 47%-49%, with new runes update his ult on lv6 will deal only 250 damage( with 5 stacks), also his popularity has been dropping and I myself recently started playing more , kinda liked him from watching Worlds. Anyway I noticed on Surr20 Red Post collection that you talk about a lot of champs for preseason changes like and the last time was ever mentioned was in late January when you decided to nerf his passive because he stomped bronze elo. Looking away from the problems that currently has won't fix the situation.
