Double effect interaction

Hey just playing some bard the other day, and I had a request about double effects. First of all, Bard's Q, just like soraka E applies an effect then potentially another. I was against sivir, and her spell sheild was useless against me because it would hit her, break the sheild then stun her. I looked and Soraka E behaves the same way with all spell sheild. I've heard some people hate spell sheild as a mechanic, and it's getting the silent treatment (ha ha get it? Because they started destroying a legit CC because face mashing champs cried)

Long story short, bard needs his interaction with spell sheild fixed so that if the first part of his Q hits, the sheild also stops the stun. Also, I think Bard's Q is a bit buggy with thunderlords and properly triggering when the meep is gained during the auto.
