Preseason Request: Can we look at GLP?

Every where I ask about GLP, the answer is the same: GLP is a bad item compared to it's Lost Chapter Counterparts. This being said, I'd like to request that Riot take a look at it during Preseason so that it could actually be useful. I don't know how to fix it myself but I have heard some options for it. One of which is to give back the ability for the GLP active missiles to go through units and champions. (I get that it conflicts with Glacial Augment's ability as well, but honestly I think that should be reworked as well. That's another story post however.) I also know that because it's both a Lost Chapter item AND a Hextech item, it's mutually exclusive to both trees, which also feels bad.

Do yall have ideas on what to do for GLP? Feel free to leave ideas in the comments!

It's not mutually exclusive to Lost Chapter items - they were specifically designed so if you wanted to buy all 3, you weren't given so much free CDR.

Regarding GLP, I think it honestly needs to revert back to building from Catalyst. I think that was a better build path before, and it operated better when it contributed to your tankiness. If they want to have a 3rd Lost Chapter item, I would nominate Morellonomicon, since it was originally a MP/AP item, and I think it's combination of MR shred combined with GW would make it a solid option.
