Vayne is a massive problem.

For a supposedly “high skill” champ, she has a 30% pick rate and a 52% win rate, which is ridiculous. Her winrate goes above 55% when games go past 30 minutes according to leagueofgraphs. Her kit has an extreme lack of counterplay due to her stealth, point and click nature, and frontloaded kit.

The champion isnt the problem, its the entire ADC class that is a problem, with a few exceptions, adcs are just in general too strong. They can single handedly decide games and with the fact assassins just continue to see nerfs to the entire class (instead of the problem ones being dealt with) ADCS are allowed to just continue to dominate the meta, and since vayne excels at killing squishies after her big tumble buff she has become very strong

yes, ADCs in general are strong...But the difference between them and Vayne is...You can kill other ADCs. You cant kill Vayne.

Her R and passive frontload damage into her kit, allowing her to build QSS extremely early, negating her only counter(point and click CC) Also should be noted, one point and click CC isn't enough. She is virtually immune to ADCs most threatening role, assassins. due to her stealth, and short CD on tumble. Her burst damage is above par when compared to actual assassins. She is the most slippery assassin, and the most tank bustery tank buster, at the same time.

She has no weaknesses, only strengths. She is way to strong.

Yes, you can. Why does she have more than zero average deaths per game?

Her R and passive frontload damage into her kit, allowing her to build QSS extremely early, negating her only counter(point and click CC)

**If she's building QSS early, she's trading damage for utility. I think that's fair. 2nd, she needs her steroids; otherwise why pick vayne when you can pick someone with more safety like Ashe or Jinx, who have longer range and more utility? **

Also should be noted, one point and click CC isn't enough.

**Same for anyone else that builds QSS? **

She is virtually immune to ADCs most threatening role, assassins. due to her stealth, and short CD on tumble.

**She's a duelist. What do you expect? Short cooldown ability that requires you to attack an enemy first before . A passive that requires you to move toward a champion to get movement speed. A 3 hit passive that requires consecutive focus on a single target. She's deserves the mobility. **

Her burst damage is above par when compared to actual assassins.

**90% of her damage is single target. The other 10% is Shiv. She also builds crit and is ranged, unlike most assassins. **

She is the most slippery assassin, and the most tank bustery tank buster, at the same time.

**Again, she's only has single target damage. Nerf that damage, you might as well go play Jinx, who has longer range, and can deal shit tons of damage to multiple people at the same time. **

She has no weaknesses, only strengths.

Why isn't she at 100% winrate?

She is way to strong.

No, she's balanced.

pretty much this. maybe a bit exaggerated for some, but i can really relate to "You can kill other ADCs. You cant kill Vayne.", because that´s exactly the problem i run into when playing bard. Usually when people missposition u can R them then stun them and they are pretty much dead, but not with vayne and her stupid R. (you can still hit her but it´s too risky and in most cases she will still be invisible even when you hit her) It´s so easy for her to turn this fight around when she leaves the stasis that it´s just not worth engaging on her. Most of the time you are better off using your ult on ANYBODY else and hope that you have enough cc to kill her in a teamfight.

vayne is one of those champs that give you the feeling that your own actions are meaningless and that you have to heavily rely on your teammates. you either fight her as a team focus her and layer your cc perfectly or you just lose the game because of one champion.

The champion not the problem it's the lack of reliable early aggressors. There was alot of competition for vayne since champions like mf, EZ, sona would poke her out of lane or deny her shiv powerspike. But since they were all nerfed vayne gas less to compete with being the only reliable adc rn.

"high skill" champions are mostly defined by absurd damage.
