technically it is not cancer....cancer kills, so since your champ doesn't die from getting banshee's it is not cancerous :)

How exactly does that fuck you over? Its still the banshees passive, its easy as fuck to take down with anything, for instance Malza Q or even easier Morg pool, and its cooldown is high af. Thank god that I can finally have a way to definitely not get bursted by bullshit Fizz, Kata and LB at lvl 2-3 when I play something like Viktor or Orianna and all I want is to survive the lane.

Actually played Annie yesterday and it was impossible to make any plays in lane due to the enemy building Banshees. It's extremely frustrating to play against. Basically just avoid any sort of interaction until your Banshees is back up.

I'm thinking of rushing item 3152 . Using the active to "turn off" the Banshees and then make a calculated Flash play before it boots up again.
