Up on the PBE today Harsh Lesson (W) now deals damage equal to [4/4.5/5/5.5/6% +2% per 100 AD]

So with 300 AD her W does 12% targets max HPs

400 AD means 14% targets max HPs

When you ult that is every 1.4s

Will this help fix her?

I think no but Ill have to test.

It is probably Riot trying to see how far they can push her to break her. I wouldn't expect that value to stick.

her ult makes your w 2 sec cd not 1.4
