It just doesn't make much sense that he has one of the lowest in the game. He needs a small buff anyways and 5 movement speed wouldn't make him feel oppressive but would be helpful to the player.
He already has his package calm down man that's like saying can aurelion sol have a big AP buff seeing as he created the universe? Changes should be made on balance instead of champion model and lore.

1000 Movement Speed cause he is a fucking dragon and 
should be balanced around being a tree ergo 0 Movement Speed for you.
