Does it seem to me but a high majority of veigar supports are not even trying to make it work.
Although it is a horrible pick from the start, they refuse to buy sightstone and start stealing cs from the adc. A decade ago there were memes about lux supports buying majas and stuff, but this is not even a high-risk high-reward tactic.
