Revert Evelynn she was fine before..i DO NOT KNOW who this new chick is..

Cannot stress how bad she is compared to the old one. She was in a proper spot balance wise and decent pick rate especially Korea sever, her weaknesses were clear as day. Not only can she not do anything remotely close to old eve she cant even assassinate unless the target is low enough and CC'd enough otherwise shes outclassed in DPS, burst, and her utility which ties in most of the combo is very bad considering how cancer landing it is.

I cant even call her an assassin shes more like a cross between and a mid that cant auto attack from afar.. how does that even fit her identity.. her entire kit feels like leftovers of like if when she was created the same person immediately copied and pasted into the starting foundation of Evelynn development.. reading all the feedback im getting more and more insight that you guys most likely did NOT have an actual veteran eve player on board with this rework as there are people giving very similar feedback as i am.

• No map pressure early
• Not fast enough, needing speed somewhere in her kit (you get kited more than half the time if you try to proc the charm)
• Charm is way too dependent in her kit and its not rewarding for how risky it is (poor mans ahri)
• Build diversity crushed

PBE changes are would be equivalent to a band aid being pressed on the top of a broken leg
