What Is Up With People This Patch?

Maybe it's just me, but all of my ranked games today have just been:

Game 1: Mid lost lane, calls for an early surrender at 7 minutes G2: Mid lost lane, calls for an early surrender at around 11 minutes G3: Everybody is arguing. Open mid at 9 minutes, game ends before 15 minute surrender.

I don't even get a chance to perform bad or good for my team, there legitimately isn't even an opportunity for me to feed before these games are over with; people give up SO quick. This 15 minute surrender bullshit is getting really irritating, like, really quick.
