Why the hell are they all so much worse than the point and click abilities in this game?

Okay? So the benefit to a more risky ability is the enemy can’t bush juggle it? Even though that is entirely negated by a ward.
The entire team1 votesDon't forget. Wards are sparce and hard to come by, especially when you used your trinket and Riot's nerfed vision wards. And yes, that's a benefit.

are you high? oriannas ult makes her one of the strongest competitive picks in this game. why do you think she got the victorious skin this year?
outside of that its obvioulsy because its a ranged aoe damage ability with displacement, while garens q is just a stronger melee auto attack.

Jhin's auto is 550 range and single target. Ezreal ult damages any unfriendly targets it passes through, all the way across the map.
Draven's auto is 550 range and single target. Kayn's W is a 700-range AoE.
Garen Q is melee range, damaging and silencing a single target. Orianna's ult has a range of up to 1125 units, damaging and displacing all targets hit in an AoE.
I think you might be comparing apples to oranges.
