I'll save you some time, don't watch anything bellow masters. It doesn't mean anything.

Silver 4 is very close to iron. Because iron has so few people in it. and silver 4 can mean he has an MMR of a bronzie. So it's not strange at all.

Especially in NA and their low player count, if you look at Iron population you will understand why I am saying that a silver 4 is not very strange to be put in iron games.

Playing in plat and playing in silver is miles different, idk why you would think it feels the same. But if you see someone stomping plat with a strange pick, you can't really claim it is OP, because you don't know if it's a smurf or if they simply OTP that specific strategy vs unknowing opponents. But if you see someone stomping masters with a strange pick, you can pretty much say "Yeah this must be a really strong strategy/pick"
