Viktor Glorious Evolution (P) Hex Core Mk-1 cost lowered from 1250 to 1150 Perfect Hex Core cost increased from 750 to 850
This is what viktor really needed for so long so i really appreciated that.
As a alternative Viktor player i can finally rush
a bit faster.
Hovewer it's that buff aimed to world?
I tough riot wanted flashy broken assassin rather than mage mid and lowering his early price would be a strong buff in pro.
Infernape2 votesViktor when he's strong is a pro play staple. Remember the reign of Azir? Viktor was the only champ also played at the time because he was one of a few and the strongest champion that could deal with Azir's bullshit.
Killer of Night91 votesViktor issue mostly come from his free waweclear (which was nerfed by nerfing his E damage) and
that guaranteed free hit (That has been nerfed).
Infernape2 votesWhether or not he will see pro play is still to be seen, but I for one welcome Viktor buffs. He's one of my favourite mages and he finally got a relatively large buff since Riot nerfed rylai's.
Rock MD1 votesThat's actually really nice.

Stop doing that.
Killer of Night91 votesMy build actually rely on denying burst against assassin (Q Shield + Tear shield) I know that it's kinda stupid and require a lot of gold/time but i really like that i can grab 20 CDR and Ap and Mana. That's basically what Viktor like.
