but true damage isn't affected by dmg reduction.

but if you lower her attack speed by exhausting her then her output of damage over all is reduced

and people are crying about her TRUE damage... people cry about her CRIT on Q

well even exhausted while stealth makes her slower and damage out put less. exhaust last longer then her stealth

well if vayne stealths and then kill your adc with one auto right as she breaks stealth, exhaust wont help much.

uhhh no. if they nerf exhaust it will be useless. And the new katarina isnt even effect by exhaust her damage is to op. I exhaust a half hp kat as she went in on my adc who was full health and kat still killed her under 2 seconds while exhaust was still effecting her.
