If you think that someone is awful because they pick a 'low tier' champion, then I think you are foolish.
Ashe certainly is on the lower end of the ADC world, but not by much. A few small buffs could put her into dominant status.

Pretty sad really - Ashe is quite strong right now. She's been strong ever since her little rework. They let her keep all of her utility and gave her damage to compete with other late game ADCs. The only thing she lacks is the ability to abuse lethality right now, but her ult counters both MF and Jhin (2 of the 3 big abusers) so she's in a really good spot.

She's considered one of the top 3 ADC's in the game at their level, I wouldn't rule out some of your teammates knowing what they're doing with her. And if they don't know what they're doing with Ashe, do you really trust them on another ADC?
